Shipping Policy

Digital delivery

Nodara Panel is an infrastructure management tool licensed as software for installation on customer-supplied servers. Customers install it on infrastructure they own or arrange separately. Software access does not include rented servers, managed infrastructure, network connectivity, storage capacity or third-party services.

Nodara is delivered electronically. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, couriers or parcel tracking.

Current availability

Purchase availability is shown at checkout. After verified payment, Your licenses provides an authenticated installer download and its SHA-256 checksum. Creating an account or paying does not grant vendor repository access. The delivery commitment below applies to confirmed purchases.

Delivery time and access

Required software access will be provided within one business day of confirmed payment. Eligible paid licenses normally provide the installer immediately through Download installer in Your licenses. Contact support if access is missing.

After payment capture is verified, the purchase account provides the license details for activation. Software access and license activation are separate steps. Install the supported software release on your infrastructure and use the Installation license page to activate it. Neither step supplies a VM, compute capacity, storage or network resources.

Delivery assistance

If access has not arrived within the stated time, or you cannot access the supplied software, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. See Cancellation and Refunds for refund requests. Check an uncertain payment's status before paying again.
