Create a customer account
Use your customer username, separate from your self-hosted panel login. Accounts with a confirmed email can reset their password by email.
Discord accounts recover access through Discord. Use your original sign-in method to reach existing licenses: password and Discord accounts are separate and do not combine licenses. Discord does not provide website admin access.
Save your recovery code
This code is the only way back into your account if you forget your password and have not confirmed an email. It is shown once, and it replaces any code you had before.
Username:
Keep it somewhere you will find again: a notes app, a text file on your computer, or a password manager. Keep your username with it. Support cannot see this code or make a new one for you, so do not send it to anyone.
After saving it, sign in with your username and password.
